A deliciously smooth, high fiber cereal milled from high protein oats grown in dedicated oats-only fields. R5 ELISA testing in our dedicated, gluten free facility ensures the purity of our Gluten Free Oat Bran. Oat bran is a wonderful source of soluble fiber, which prevents cholesterol from entering the blood stream. Use oat bran as a hot cereal or add to baked goods to increase their nutritional value.

Our Gluten Free Oat Bran is pure. The oats are grown by over 200 farmers on clean, dedicated oat-growing fields. They plant only “pedigreed” seed stock. Each farm delivery is sampled hundreds of times and tested with an R5 ELISA gluten test to ensure the absence of gluten. The oat bran is packaged in our 100% gluten free facility and tested for gluten again to ensure its purity.
