We ensure the quality and freshness of our product by monitoring every stage of Germinated Organic Rice (GOR) closely; from planting and harvesting stages to processing, packaging & distributing stages. Stringent control at processing stage is applied, we only use reverse osmosis water that is free from bacteria. The air temperature and circulation are also monitored closely during drying process to maintain the high nutritional content in GOR.
Germination process activates dormant enzymes and enhances all the essential nutrients within brown, red and black rice such as GABA (gamma amino butyric Acid), IP6 (inositol hexaphosphate), prolyl endopeptidase inhibitor, gamma oryzanol, tocotrienols, ferulic acid, dietary fiber, potassium and zinc.
GOR is processed without using any chemicals making it safe for consumption by everyone including children, adults and elderly. Moreover, the germination process creates softer and tastier rice, providing an enjoyable and wholesome meal for everyone.
