The Manuka tree is only found in New Zealand. In the late spring and early summer it is covered in masses of flowers. Bee visit these flowers and collect the nectar to produce Manuka Honey. Our Manuka Honey is sourced from the temperate and wild west coast and is sought-after for dark and intense characteristics.
